1.- How can I buy?

Click on the tab “SHOP” to see all TEGUST products. Choose products to add to your cart. To place the order, go to “Start an order” and confirm your data: “Shipping address”, “Payment method”, “Order review” and, finally, “Complete order”.

2. How can I pay?

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

3.- Are transactions secure?

Our website works with the “Servired” system of the bank “La Caixa”. After validating an order, you will be redirected to the Servired secure website. No details of credit or debit cards are stored on our servers. If you choose the Paypal option, payment will be made safely through the Paypal platform. If you choose a bank transfer, it will be made through your own bank system.

4.- When is shipping free?

Shipping is free depending on the destination and on the value of the purchase. For instance, shipping is free for orders of 30€ or more within the Iberian Peninsula.

5.- How long will delivery take?

Depending on the destination, delivery by SEUR will take from 24 to 72 hours.

6.- If I am a professional, how can I have Tegust products in my business?
