How to prepare it?
Type of water
Use good quality chlorine-free mineral water with low mineral content. The quality of the water makes an enormous difference to the final taste of the tea.
Temperature
Observe the set water temperature; if the water is too hot, the most delicate leaves could get burnt, but if it is too cold, the flavours and active ingredients will not be released.
Brewing time
Observe the brewing time set for each infusion to achieve a perfect brew. Brewing for too long will impair the original taste.
Breathe in
All set for a perfect moment! If you wish, add some cane sugar… We recommend that you drink the infusion as it is. Breathe in and feel all the scents and nuances of taste.
