How to prepare it?
Dissolve in water
Mix 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) of the product with some hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
Add water or milk
Add 250 ml of hot water or of your favourite milk.
Stir and enjoy!
As it is a natural product, sediments may form. Just stir with a spoon before drinking.
